How does our loyalty program work?
When you register on the Estee Flower website, a personal account is automatically created for you. Every time you purchase an eligible floral product from our online shop, you earn loyalty points.
For every eligible flower purchase, you automatically receive points equal to 10% of the purchase value.
Please note that loyalty points are not earned on non-floral products from our Gifts category, such as chocolates, charms, balloons, Polaroid photos, vases, and other gift items.
You can use your accumulated points to pay for up to 50% of the total value of your future order. Best of all, your points do not expire, so you can use them whenever you’re ready to place your next order.
How can I redeem my rewards?
To redeem your loyalty points, simply apply them during checkout or let our Customer Service team know when placing your order.
Your reward will be deducted from the total order amount, allowing you to enjoy your flowers at an even better price.
Please note that loyalty points are not earned on orders where:
- loyalty points have already been redeemed;
- a promotional discount code has been applied;
- the floral product is already on sale.
